With the Keyng app, users of the Clex private system from Uhlmann & Zacher can manage their electronic locking system in a mobile and uncomplicated manner. Smartphones and locks communicate via Bluetooth®Low Energy.
Smart access control for small and medium-sized buildings
The solution is especially well suited for locking system management of small to medium-sized buildings such as doctors clinics, law firms, small offices or private homes.
Flexible management of the locking units
When setting up for the first time, the locking units, e.g. electronic locking cylinders or electronic door handles, are first read and named via Bluetooth® Low Energy connection. Then the transponder key can be authorised by holding it up at the door and registered in the app by specifying the name and description. The transponder keys can also be identified and managed via Near Field Communication (NFC) directly on the smartphone. Thus, keys can be easily added for the locking unit or removed individually without the key holder being within range.
Secure opening using smartphone
Invite employees or guests electronically to open a lock using their smartphone. For safety purpose, invitations and authorisations are sent separately by email and text message - the door is opened using the free Clex Key app. Apart from the costs for SMS / MMS, there are no additional costs for mobile keys.
Service functions
Update the firmware or start dismantling and replacing the battery of electronic cylinders directly from Keyng. Get an overview by reading the event logs from the locks.
